By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

- Identify the effects of alcohol and drugs on health, safety, and job performance.
- Recognize signs of impairment in themselves and others.
- Understand the types of testing (pre-employment, random, post-incident, reasonable suspicion).
- Know the consequences for violations and how to access support resources.
